We have signed an agreement with WPiP Construction for the development of a student residence on Pułaskiego Street.

We are pleased to inform that we have signed an agreement with WPIP Construction for the development of a modern student residence in the center of Poznań. The project will be located on Pułaskiego Street, in close proximity to the green areas of Sołacz and Cytadela. The development includes a four-storey building with 150 beds and modern common areas designed for studying, working, and social interaction. Completion of the project is planned for September 2027.

In the coming years, we plan to expand our operations into the student housing and rental property segment. To this end, we have created a new brand, ‘Young Living’ (YL), focused on the development and management of modern living spaces for young people starting their careers. Our goal is to deliver boutique projects in prime locations—we prioritize intimate, high-standard buildings over large, impersonal complexes. The development at 23 Pułaskiego Street in Poznań is the first project of this kind.

Ultimately, we aim to establish a base of 750–1,000 beds in Poznań, and in subsequent phases expand into Warsaw, Wrocław, Gdańsk, and Vienna. Later this year, we also plan to begin construction of a second project in Poznań, comprising approximately 190 beds. At the same time, we place strong emphasis on sustainability and reducing emissions—our projects are equipped with heat pumps and photovoltaic installations.
