The largest Polish cities, such as Poznań, are changing faster than ever.
It is therefore crucial, also for developers, to define the challenges associated with the implementation of residential investments.
The exchange of views between individual real estate market participants is an excellent opportunity to take a broader look at issues such as:
– taking into account the changing needs of current and future city residents;
– cooperation between investors and local governments;
– an innovative approach to building design, taking into account sustainable development, adapting space to the requirements of future generations, and implementing additional amenities.
The list of topics for discussion during the “Home, District, City” conference, which took place on November 5 in Poznań, was much longer, and the guests’ involvement was very high.
Many thanks to the Organizers: Poznań Branch of the Polish Association of Developers, Association of Polish Architects, Society of Polish Urban Planners (Poznań Branch).
